ONE ON ONE AND GROUP TRAINING
We offer one on one, group training and call nights via our Training & Coaching Manager Rachelle Anderson. Many newly licensed Agents have switched after receiving months of classroom type training only to find they were lost in the shuffle of large franchised brokerages. Unlike other brokerages we pay for and receive a large volume of internet leads for those who choose to participate in our dual split commission program. If you are a newer Agent, we believe the best way to learn is to get a client, then be taught how to write successful offers and land listings. Many seasoned Agents also participate in this program to increase their own business and income. It's not mandatory to participate, but available to those that see the benefit!
NO FRANCHISE OR JUNK FEES
Murray Real Estate is an independent brokerage therefore free of franchise fees. We see no benefit working at a franchised brokerage and paying 6 to 8% of your commission, ouch! In this age of the internet and available technology we have all the tools available you'll need to succeed and compete with anyone anywhere! Also, at Murray you wont pay desk fees, printing or other junk fees. We offer a competitive split and only charge $100 per file for E & O insurance (can be bought out annually), that's it!

That's right, when you list a property we pay for a Tour Factory virtual tour! You can hire any photographer you like or take your own pictures, then follow a few simple steps online to create your own professional virtual tour that's ideal for the MLS and other marketing.
FREE SHOWINGTIME SUBSCRIPTION
All Murray Realtors are able to utilize ShowingTime to schedule showing appointments for their listings. Once your listing is uploaded in the MLS you simply log into their website, input the showing instructions and your done. This is a fabulous service that will free up your valuable time and eliminate all the calls and texting from buyers Agents. Clients also love the buffer they get by having ShowingTime coordinate appointments without any communication from Realtors. In addition, each time your Supra is opened, ShowingTime emails a list of questions for feedback purposes. This information can be invaluable and help assist you with issues like getting a price reduction when needed.
IN-HOUSE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR/CLOSING MANAGER
Murray Real Estate employs a full time in-house TC/Closing Manger for those who want to free up their time to generate more business and have a personal life! We believe having an employed TC/Closing Manger onsite is far superior than working with an independent TC that works at a remote location. The ability to come to the office, sit down and discuss your file face to face and provide hardcopy documentation is invaluable. In addition, you can coordinate how each file is handled and the extent of communication you want between your client and our TC/Closing Manger. Depending on the commission program you sign up for, our TC fees range from free to $400 per transaction ($550 when representing both sides).
Escrow Showcase shares a joint reception area and is located contiguous to Murray Real Estate. We believe having escrow onsite is extremely convenient to both you and your clients. In addition, escrow officers Lori Hower and Jeri Brawley are seasoned professionals that strive for 100% client and Realtor satisfaction! For those that like the convenience of having your listings uploaded to the MLS, we can help! Just provide the description, amenities and photo's and we'll take care of the rest!
Murray Real Estate invests in you by advertising "locally" via TV commercials, billboards, newspapers, magazines and direct mail. In addition, on a case by case basis, we are willing to participate in costs associated with individual Realtor marketing campaigns.
